Located just past Painted Rock Lake, this hidden gem had beautiful cabins right by a vibrant stream and an amazing lodge with stunning displays of wild animals. The homemade ice cream was a must-try and there was a wide variety of flavors. The freshly made organic ice cream was absolutely delicious, and it was a pleasant surprise to have a taste party.
The cabin could use another mirror in the main area, so two people could get ready at the same time but fortunately, the host was able to get a stand-up mirror. Although, the cell phone signal wasn't ideal, it turned out to be a great way to decompress and relax with the amazing views of the surroundings.
